About Lucila
Lucila is an SAP Solution Architect, specializing in Aerospace and Defense. A naturalized U.S. citizen originally from Argentina, she is a constitutional conservative who deeply appreciates the opportunities, freedoms, and protections this country has given her. Her professional background equips her to analyze complex processes, identify inefficiencies, and streamline systems to deliver more effective and sustainable outcomes. She has paired that expertise with active, hands-on civic engagement: immersing herself in the study of local and state laws and ordinances while regularly appearing before taxing entities and the state legislature to advocate for fiscal responsibility, transparency, and conservative principles. This rare blend of analytical precision and real-world experience in government operations is what she humbly brings to her ongoing work serving the community and strengthening civic life.
A longtime Arlington resident, Lucila has been married for 15 years to her husband, Jeremy, and together they are deeply involved in the Tarrant County community.
Beyond her consulting work, Lucila is committed to civic engagement and community leadership. She currently serves as vice president of the Tarrant County Republican Hispanic Assembly. She has also served as a Tarrant County precinct chair and rules committee member, positions she stepped down from in order to run. In addition, she has served as a Republican convention delegate, an election judge on multiple occasions, and a member of the Tarrant County Ballot Board
Over the years, Lucila has dedicated significant time to studying the Texas Legislature, understanding the Texas Code, and learning the structure and functions of local government. This knowledge enables her to help citizens better navigate both local and state governance. Her experience across the public and private sectors gives her a unique perspective on how complex systems operate, where breakdowns occur, and how those systems can be improved to better serve the community.
Lucila’s combination of professional expertise and civic experience allows her to approach the challenges facing her community with a methodical, problem-solving mindset. She understands how to evaluate complex processes, reduce unnecessary redundancies, and implement practical improvements—whether in organizational systems or in government processes.
